Marketing Objective: A listing tool to help agents differentiate themselves at listing appointments by creating a web site dedicated to the sellers property.

Functional Overview: A system to help agents create a web site for a single listing. The system also allows the purchase of a street address domain name and sign-riders too.

Opinion: SinglePropertySites provide an automated system for the customer to create a website. Their easy to follow WIZARD system guides the Real Estate Agent through the whole process of creating a website. We found it was easy to use and the Instructions and Help made it a simple process. There is a selection of design templates all of which have been created to look like custom website designs. At any stage during the site build, we were able to preview our website and change anything at anytime. When the site was completed, the singlePropertySites system made a domain name suggestion based on the street address of the property and we were able to either agree to this or chose another or even tell the system we already had a domain name. The final stage allowed the purchase of a Sign Rider for the For Sale sign with the web site address on it (e.g. "View this property at www.1122MainStreet.com").
If you want to have strong personal branding or branding of your brokerage in such websites. this may not meet your needs as the SinglepropertySites solution is clearly about the sellers home, rather than the agent or broker. However, the 'contact page' does have all your personal contact and links to website and your logo etc, and the site has many good lead generation capabilities.

Prices: SingleProperySites have taken a novel approach to pricing - theirs is a subscription based service. The real estate agent simply chooses a subscription level equal to the number of listings they typically have and this allows that number of sites to be 'Live' each month. Prices can be as low as $6 per listing if you are at the 5 listings or more level. In our opinion this offers a very affordable way for Agents to create a
